Ticket #100 (new defect)
Berkelium renderer processes don't exit cleanly if pipes are broken

Description
Hitting Ctrl-C in cppoh can cause the process to not shutdown cleanly, and this causes the pipes to the berkelium renderer processes to be broken. The renderer process then just seems to stick around forever.
Note that because of the fork + exec, in the process list they appear to be cppoh process, but are actually the renderer processes.
